A problem with access
If the ebook or library cannot be accessed, contact Parabox with the email used for purchase, the order reference and a description of the issue. Do not share a password, card details or patient information. Access support can check the recorded entitlement and help identify the problem.
Requesting a refund or cancellation
Send your request through the contact form or to abhishekbenur@paraboxai.com. Include the order reference, purchase date and reason. Submitting a request does not by itself confirm that a refund has been approved.
Commercial terms awaiting approval
The owner must provide the approved eligibility criteria, any request window, the digital-download access conditions, duplicate-payment handling, processing times and the applicable statutory rights. This draft does not invent a no-refund rule, a refund deadline or cancellation charges. Confirm the approved policy matches the actual SuperProfile checkout before publication.
Upcoming courses
Course-interest registration is free and is not enrolment. There is no course payment to cancel or refund through that form. You can withdraw your interest by contacting Parabox. Any future paid course will need its own approved purchase and cancellation terms.
